2. Confidence Level: We transparently communicate how certain we are in our assessment. We’ll let you know if we need more information or specific details about your experience to increase our confidence.

3. Knockout Factors: Immediately spot potential deal-breakers. If there are qualifications or requirements that could automatically disqualify you, we'll flag those clearly so you don’t waste time.

4. Role Alignment Check: We analyze how closely the job aligns with your chosen target role—the job type you’ve committed your main efforts towards.
